Upside Renovations and Painting was started by a Real Estate investor who knew the ins and outs of property maintenance and management. After creating a team of skilled laborers to work on investment properties, they realized the huge capabilities the team possessed and began flipping houses and doing home remodeling. It wasn't long before they were offering these services to  clients as well. The renovations begain with painting and small jobs, and very quickly they found themselves doing full bathroom and kitchen renovations, interior and exterior painting, an immense amount of flooring, electric, plumbing, skilled trim work, and so much more!  In every service we offer we prioritize quality, speed, and affordability, allowing us to offer clients full project management and service with confidence and professionalism.
